Retired in country South Australia, close to a beach and in a very historic area. Great photo opportunities, but still seem to spend more time at a computer than getting out and taking photos. Work hard at getting all my photos “as is”; allowing myself only a bit of cropping. Little enough time to take the photos let alone post process them. I use a Nikon D80 with a couple of nice lenses.
Recently started art classes and now see my photography as an opportunity for painting so opened up another pathway for “just me”.
Since taking on moderating role for Photography101 have not been as active with commenting on the work of others or uploading my own. Have seen some wonderful photography in the last few months. Keep up the great work.
