I like the perspective and the tones. I don’t understand the anchor being on the road, or is this for clamping cars, was my first thought. Going by the tags it is a port and so there must be water. Unusual viewpoint, and I still like it!

Thanks for your comment mawaho. In answer to your confusion, the anchor and a few other artifacts are on the roadside leading to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard (where HMS Warrior, the Mary Rose and HMS Victory are all housed). So this anchor is all part of the build-up, so to speak! :-D
