Well, if this shot don’t look human I will eat my hat :o) My comments are sometimes film linked but bear with me there’s a point to my rabble :
Both in Planet of the Apes 1968 – where we could see Roddy MacDowells feautures with one view and his ‘chimpanzee face’ the next minute. Even more so in Planet of the Apes (2001, T. Burton) and in the book written by Pierre Boulle, the apes are our future generation. In the films it was 6 hours of makeup. How amazing that a photographer can capture this ‘intelligence’ and ‘thougtfullness’ and ‘human eyed expression’ in one shot. There is a true compliment amongst all this waffle :o)
