Strength

Prompted by natella2020 in her piece Jihad :

“Fellow RB-er Karla Pate had requested a topic and a set of words to write a poem. My suggestion was this:

Topic: strength

Words:

1) cold
2) fear
3) loss
4) pebbles

You can find her own work, titled “Strength”, in her profile. Here is my effort. Thank you Karla for this refreshing exercise.”

You did that in three lines??????????

This is fantastic, almost unbelievable (though, how can I not believe it when I’m seeing it?)

Thanks for the smile, Natella (the one I’m wearing just now, that is). haiku is a great form – really makes you think about what you want to say; I should do more of it.
