ONE OF ONLY 3 STILL FLYING, THIS EXTREMELY RARE WWII MITCHELL B-25 BOMBER IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF THE FIRST PLANES TO STRIKE JAPAN AFTER LAUNCHING FROM THE CARRIER HORNET, PLANNED BY NAVY CAPT. FRANCIS LOW, LED BY JIMMY DOOLITTLE ON APRIL 18TH, 1942.

  • Let’s try this again…I posted a reply about a minute ago and it simply vanished. I’m glad you enjoyed this image and I hope there’s enough in the 12 images I submitted to warrent a solo show…If you would like to do the exhibit and keep to a warm orange/red motif, I can back out the 3 non orange/red images and replace them with ones that fit the orange/red color scheme. Thanks for hosting…we all get the benefits of your time…thanks
