The Golden Cave by

This textured golden rocks give the impression of a cave during the Egytian Dynasties. During this time, communication was visual, etched on walls of caves, the most famous being the
French caves of Lascaux. The icons are visible on this “cave.” I can see a lion with his mouth open on the right side and a golden horse in the middle. As always, I am interested in what you see. Please view in large format.

Julie, I see beautiful colours and textures here. I can’t see anything else, does this mean I am cured??

  • Roy. Not seeing the obvious like the golden head of the horse would suggest your are blocking the obvious. Most of us want to repress feelings and thoughts that are too disturbing to enter consciouness. The material usually is expressed in dreams when we are ready to deal with disturbing content. Missing the obvious means you are not cured, but I have a lot of hope for you. Your sense of humor and wit, a sign of your intelligence suggests you have the capacity for insight as we probe the depth of your complex mind. You have an excellent prognosis. I would not recommend hopitalization at this time. Look again and see if you can see a horse’s head in the middle of the piece and then we can be comforted that you will be cured!! I did not know that the word cured applied. Freud’s goal was to return his patients to the normal misery of living. :) I think we can surpass that goal.

Oooo beautiful, too many things to see here, Julie! Maybe its just me, but near the horse head I see a young King with a robe, a crown and a scepter, looking up…….

  • No Lior. It is no just you. I found that the interior image of the King was the most interesting part of this image. You have a keen eye!
