This image was made at Pemaquid point Maine. I’m experimenting with trying to build a composition, based on movement and not objects. The trick is you can only guess what the movement will look like before you make the image. This is a quarter of a second exposure. Taken in raw, using the raw processing program extracting is much Tonal range as possible in the image. than in Photoshop using shadow highlight, again to expand the tonal range the image. Then over sharpened to create hard edges. Then applying noise reduction at maximum settings to create a soft blur effect in the water.
