The ability to see in two different directions in one image has always intrigued me. One of the most common examples of this is a window with a reflection of the outdoors but which still allows you to see the interior as well. This usually requires a fairly high f-stop to maintain great enough depth of field to carry both the reflection and the interior scene as well.
