TK, am delighted and grateful, thanks alot… its really an amazing movies, and I dont mind seeing it hundreds of times, its truly special…
its basically a gripping love story…Jenny happen to be a ghost, a beautiful young lady who doesn’t know she died years back. This gentleman, an artist, met her in the park, and not knowing any better, soon fell head-over-heals…well, the conclusion is this conceptual image I painted of the ocean’s edge where a climatic incident took place… oh, by the way, you can google and get a better summary too…(smile)

...and don’t forget Jennifer Jones. This is nice and kind of haunting like the movie. You’re so young yet have this great appreciation of the older films.
Solomon Walker replied
thanks so much Roy…. I am definitely an oldies movies fan, and have little interest in contemporary films (funny saying since am a former actor)...except some docu-dramas and indies. Movies have to captivate me, they have to have substance, and the majority of early hollywood flix had that…
Roseann
This is lovely. I like the colors and the use of them. I also like the overall design. Nice work.
Solomon Walker replied
Roseann, thanks so much, appreciate kindly….

Since you obviously love movies, maybe you have seen Room At The Top, with Laurence Harvey and Simone Signoret. I’d be interested to see what you do with that. Great painting Soloman.
Solomon Walker replied
appreciate your feedback on this Misfit, thanks so much.
I have seen that movies, one of the greats in classics. I pretty much watch TCM 98% of the time when watching movies, am only into old movies, especially the B&W flix!
Devalyn Marshall
This is so soft and beautiful!
Solomon Walker replied
Devalyn, thanks kindly for commenting, appreciated…

...and Jennifer Jones. I love that you draw inspiration from those great old movies. This is a very poetic piece with an equally poetic title. With the swirling mists and the porous quality of the rock like figure on the left, it does indeed take on the look of a rendezvous and a magical coalescing of beings.
Solomon Walker replied
Roy, thanks very much for your wonderful commentary, appreciate it kindly my friend…
