The storm cell had drifted out to sea and contiued its light display for an hour or more. Yellow tinge to the waves is from the lights of Surfers Paradise 20/11/08

    Mate – your shots are unreal! I drove home from Brisbane through this last night, had to pull off the M1 for about 30 minutes as it was impossible to drive and then watched bursts like this for the rest of the trip… Great shots

  • Not to fond of the M1 in the wet, becomes a whiteout. Once it had passed out to sea, heaps of people were sitting at Narrowneck watching the show.
