The Seaway Series by

A collection of images from The Southport Seaway/Sand Pumping Jetty, The Spit, Gold Coast.
This has to be one of my favourite places on the Gold Coast. Dog friendly beaches.

I can also customise a calendar if you choose.

    stunning calendar

  • Just need to visit Burleigh and further south a few more times to complete the 2010 calendars. Not today though, back to my normal fishing spot and more views of the Surfers skyline.

Do you know when the change the templates to “10” i’m hanging out to do some for next year.

  • From the Horse’s Mouth late August/early September. All old 09 ones will change over to 2010 automatically(so I’m led to believe) and there was a small mention of a wager on that link from Peter.

excellent drec, I like the August sky and the sand ripples on the front and Mar and June too, well they’re all great I guess!

A beautiful series, Derek. Will make a great calendar. It’s certainly given me more inspiration. Just a small niggle. The November horizon seems a tad crooked. Or is that just my eyes. Could be. I’ve just crawled out of bed.(haha) Anyway, good luck with it. Hope you do well.:)

  • Thanks, there’s a couple more on the horizon and from last year it did give me something to think about when out shooting.
I’ll have to dig through the back-ups and find the original file(This entire day is missing)

I often have entire days missing, so don’t feel too bad. Oh, you mean the photos. Well, that too.(lol) I was wondering if you have seen any of the calendars from Redbubble printed. I was thinking about doing a couple up for my kids for Xmas, but I wasn’t sure of the quality.???:)

  • Lost all files from that day and still searching through back ups(I know I got a copy at my sister’s house)
As for the quality of the calendars? I was very impressed with the quality last year and this year I’ll actively promote these outside the bubble. The front cover suits portrait more so than landscape(had black strips top/bottom of ls cover)

Thanks Derek. Now all I’ve got to do is get enough photos together. My son lives in freezing Melbourne and I want to show him what he’s missing.(lol) I can be such a cruel Mum.:)
