Strike
08/10/2007 nothing was happening on the radar but i knew this would be worth a trip as i watched it build up during the day. i drove 20mins to burleigh and arrived in time(5:55pm) for a hail storm. burleigh heads was white like snow. and after awhile the fun started. not the best conditions due to driving wind/rain but got some i’m happy with.
taken at burleigh heads looking towards surfers paradise. 13 secs@f4

Amazing capture drec…..we had the storm and hail around 11.30pm. Awesome, haven’t seen hail in years! Needless to say we all froze the next day…...coldest May day in many years!!!
