Awesome capture of a clear air bolt These are the most dangerous of all lightning strikes. The storm can be upto 15kms away and one of these can jump out and ruin your day.

I almost gave up on this chase and thought, well I’ll get a sunset in as the storm build up moved out to sea. Glad I did stay around a little longer.
