Welcome to my Time Machine.
Many thanks to all the wonderful people on Redbubble who have been so kind with their comments on my work.
I have been incredibly fortunate to have made photography a commercial success. Now as I reach the threshold of geriatric decrepitude I am stepping back and shooting what I love. I am also pulling out images from the past 35 years and resurrecting them.
Digital is a wonderful tool, however I love to pull out an old twin-lens Rolleiflex or a 1950’s Voigtlander Prominent and take my time shooting film. Remember film? Great stuff…
One of my earliest memories was picking up my mother’s huge 6X8 Kodak bellows camera and setting off the shutter and flashbulb at age three.
My career spans photojournalism, combat photography, feature and documentary cinematography and commercial/advertising photography. I founded a digital effects studio, Dreamtime Systems in 1991.
My work is represented around the world from London to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Paris, etc.
Currently I am shooting, writing, serving as a soldier in the reserves and relishing life.
When I am not working I am riding motorcycles, playing jazz guitar and torturing my obnoxious cat Flotsam.
