This is just perfect. What strikes me about it is not only the juxtaposion of the tattoos with the apttern on the wall, but the fact that you followed that same juxtaposition with the pose of the model and the wall. There is the strong defines pattern on the wall, in the tattoos and the pose and facial expression of the model mirrors that so that it all falls together. The absence of color except as accent adds to the overall power of the image.
