Welcome to Dreams At Midnight. The Art studio of Jonathan Sexton. I am an Artist who works in a variety of mediums, from mixed media paintings to digital Photography. Most of my work has a surreal, dreamlike quality to them. My inspiration comes from Dreams, Fears, Hopes, Music, and life experience, but truthfully speaking inspiration can come from anywhere. I have been writing and doing art most of my life. Its my passion, and its a huge part of who I am.
I have been in a number of Art Shows, I have Published Poetry (even won two awards), I have Created/designed labels for products, advertisements, Websites, Fliers, Brochures, tattoo designs, T-shirts, Album Covers, Art Prints, Digital Poetry, Posters, Websites, logos,Tattoo Designs, Paintings, mural art, and One of a kind original art.
My Artwork is broken into series. Generally Each Series is made up of 10-20 Creations and accompanied by a story, that ties them together. My work is different and often times discribed as being “Extreme” by my critics.
My writing is generally in a poetic form, and accompanies my artwork, I do write poetry, Short Stories, Fiction, Nonfiction, Horror, Fantasy, and science Fiction.
