This drawing is really large, especially for me. It’s about 3′ × 4′, in charcoal on milk carton paper. This portrait is of Layne Staley, the former lead singer of Alice In Chains, one of my favorite bands. It was taken from a Rolling Stone magazine cover he was on several years ago.
