very poignant, k! (I’m such a worry wort though – can’t help being terrified that the flimsy drape will catch on fire! hope you have put it all out safely now that the shoot is over…)

  • DragonFlyer replied

Thanks nadine – and don’t worry – I shot these last night and the candles have been out for nearly 20 hrs now – nothing caught fire…

Black is the essence of elegance, isn’t it my friend! Seriously – I really didn’t want the shawl to catch fire – I like it too much and certainly don’t want to risk losing it! I was very very careful there was enough distance between it and the candles as I was lighting them… :)))
And – I hope you and your daughter are feeling a little better now, at least?
    K xx
