I don’t have access to the proper kind of studio lighting to do this kind of image the way it should be done, so I resort to layers and lots of different blending modes…
OK – I also admit that even though this series totally fits with the overall theme and direction of my work, it terrified the hell out of me to actually take these shots…

I mean it, this is absolutely beautiful. I was listening to “The Painted Veil” by Lang Lang when i clicked on this, and just let the whole piece play out while i stared and stared.
