I was trying out a watery effect (uses chrome filter and some others ) that I learned a bit obout from the photoshop tutorials.

    but I have noticed that it has been favorited quite a bit.. thanks if you like I can give you a rough idea how this was done… (as I can’t remember it well myself even..)
