My granddaughter (second from left in this photo) is graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in May (2011). She and her roommates were going to my granddaughter’s home in Ben Salem, Pa. for a couple days and she called me at the last minute to ask if they could stop by for dinner “and a photo shoot if I had time.” It was a last minute request but of course I said OK. I ran to the grocery store to get stuff for a good dinner. When I got home, I got another call from my granddaughter. “I forgot to tell you all my roommates are vegetarians.” Back to the grocery store. I got all my photo stuff out (which is a production) and I got another call from my granddaugther. The girls weren’t sure they wanted to do a photo shoot, they were sort of getting cold feet. Long story short, when they saw all the lights, etc., plus stuff from my “costume closet” they REALLY got into it for a three hour shoot. They did “regular photos” (this is one), individual photos and goofy photos. They eventually went on their merry way, while I collapsed in a heap.
