Thank you so much! Yes it is a bracelet, one of the stretchy ones. That way they wouldn’t hang themselves if they got caught up because they’d be able to break free if they had to. I had one kitty that got caught by his collar in a tree & he couldn’t get out of it & it strangled him. I was devastated! As I was searching for him going door to door on our entire block he was stuck in a tree & I didn’t even know! I’ll NEVER EVER use a collar again that doesn’t stretch because of it! I like to give them to the kitties so they all have pretty necklaces! =)
