Love Is In The Air
Peacocks that live at a local park here in Glendale, AZ. They were extremely entertaining to watch! Just as it looked like they were gonna be all lovey-dovey they started pecking at each other’s faces & running away! Alrighty then!!!! LOL Can’t say the thought’s never crossed my mind before ~ ha ha ha ~ just kidding? They follow us around the park, they’re very curious! =)

Nice Peacocks Down. We have a few here but they are very rare, I imagine they must be very expensive to buy. I came across eight when I was in South Africa a couple of years ago. They were at, beleive it or not, a gas station. I stopped by again a few weeks later and there were six chicks behind the place. I understand that they make good “guard dogs”.

Thanks! They live at a local park where they roam freely from sunrise to sunset. There’s quite a few of them there & they don’t seem to be bothered by people too much. In fact I think they may be as curious about us as we are about them! They’ll follow you around and if you’ll keep still they’ll come right up to you & peck at you if you let them. I’m not that brave just yet. LOL But they sure do like attention I’ve noticed. Can’t blame them ~ who doesn’t, right? LOL

Thanks! They were soooo funny ~ they would go really slow ‘til they got face to face then they’d peck each other really fast & take off running! Lots of fun to watch! =)
