I like the composition. The tone just reminds me so much of Subway Art, and no spray enamel in sight =)
Patricia L. Ba...
Great shot, Douzy. The figure standing against the moving train is very effective.

Great shot Douzy! I really like the opressive feeling of the ceiling which takes up so much of the picture.
Darren Burdell

Vedran Arnautovic
This is a very cool composition – it plays tricks on my eye….I’m not sure what’s in front of what! Great textures too
Douzy
Thank you so much for your supportive comments – always appreciated! :)

What a brillilant composition Douzy – the juxtaposition of the solid girder and pipes against the blurred motion of the train is excellent and then a further juxtaposition between the human figure and the oppressive mechanical/industrial environment. Great conceptual image this. I’d crop the girder in the top left corner though.

Lovely shot. Really enjoyed the Manhattan subways.
Ian James

Carl Osbourn
another blinder – do you shoot for any publications? you should! :]
Simon Mears
looks like he’s standing underneath a giant oily drill, i love the clarity in the darkness, the wiring and piping, i love that kind of industrial abstract but you go gurther and add a moving train, a blurred stars and stripes and a lone passenger giving the whole thing a scene to play out.. i love it to bits
Douzy
Thank you all – so pleased you like it! :)
