Photography is a passion in my life. I am fortunate to be able to share it with my wife and children, as well. The power of a photograph to freeze a moment in time, evoke emotion, raise awareness, and move people to action has always fascinated me. Living in Oakhurst, CA allows me to photograph some of the most spectacular places in the United States. I love Yosemite National Park and some of my favorite landscape photographs are of this world wonder. Although I enjoy all aspects of photography, I like taking photographs of people the most. Each person has a story that is being written in their eyes, smile, and expressions. Every person has great value, every person is significant, and every person is beautiful. Thank you for visiting my site and I hope you enjoy the photographs.
I can remember my mom coming home sobbing after a Sunday evening service. Dad was with her in the bedroom, but I could hear their conversation.
It was now 9:30 p.m. on Saturday in Norco, CA, and even the promise of dinner was not looking good. I felt horrible! I could not stop apologizing to her.
I was hurt so badly that I left the ministry at age 28.
I was used to “fixing” things, making things better for others, but now I couldn’t help my baby girl.
The door was slightly opened, and I saw my dad with his face buried in his hands. He was crying.
