“For any view of Yorkshire or Yorkshire related works (photography, art, writings)....”
That’s what it says on its blurb.
I could understand if the farm was located across the border, but as it’s in the North YORK Moors National Park, I fail to comprehend the rejection.
It’s a lovely photo of a Yorkshire farm. The group must have been infiltrated…........LOL

come to think of it, he sould be removed for a traitorous attitude. i am very proud to be a Yorkshireman, and do what i can to promote it! i am also a proud member of the North Yorkshire Moors Association!

I remember some time ago having a photo rejected. Can’t recall exactly what it was but since I rarely leave York, it’s difficult to say why it was not accepted. Certainly a Yorkshire scene/site photographed by a Yorkshire lass…

not the first time by this p…guy either, last time i pulled him, he told me my work was excellent but the photo was not suitable!

probably jealous!

if you look at the featured work in yorkshire grit, the same could be said of them! i was featured with a pic of the kids leaning on a handrail. it was whitby, but could have been blackpool!!, and the latest features could also be anywhere, there is definately no direct clue to their location in the pics!!

Forgot to add his name, Thomas Wilkinson.
He died in York several years after his heroic act in the Crimea.
This is a special grave in York which is still the capital of Yorkshire.
Image rejected on Remembrance Sunday….....
