Born and raised on the south coast of England, I moved to Ireland in my early twenties. I now reside in the town of Westport, on the Atlantic coast.
The landscape here has inspired me to move on from my original Pentax and Nikon SLRs to enjoy the benefits of digital photography. I am now using a Canon 400D, although even this may be upgraded in the next 12 months, finances permitting!
I don’t concentrate on one specific genre or subject, and almost anything could be found in my gallery from time to time. However, the main focus is of the county of Mayo where I live, along with a spattering of travel photography (the UK, USA, South Africa and Southeast Asia being amongst the locations).
