Sorry, to make two comments, but maybe you should buy a smaple card and show it to the manager of this place. Suggest that he may like to consider buying a few hundred postcards from you, which he can either sell or give away.

Well when you go to the coffee shop or call them and ask

I would suggest you buy the card as a sample, then show it to him next time you go back.

you have an eye Tom, and obviously some determination, keep that going and that new camera will come. I remember my first digital camera, it was probably not even as good as the one in your phone, but it opened up so many possibilities for me. go for it son!
