Stairway at Pillnitz Palace, Dresden, Saxony, Germany.

Pillnitz Palace is the former summer residence of the Saxon royal court. The main palace wings were built 1720-22 for Augustus the Strong.

Since July 2004 Pillnitz Castle & Park have been part of the Dresden Elbe Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site.
