There’s something beautiful about a framed image hanging serenely on a wall. We’re extremely proud of our sustainably sourced frames and believe there’s really no better way to enhance a stunning photograph. We’re pleased as punch to say they’ve adorned galleries and homes from London to Los Angeles.
Art comes in many shapes and sizes, and our framed prints are built to fit each of them. The final dimensions will depend on the image you choose, but to give you an idea here are the most common photographic sizes:
black paint, black & white photo, black crayon on white paper with stain (added later)
27 × 47 cm
background gray included in crop
during time of first and last time printing black and white photos
doreen, doreen connors, nscad, b w, vintage, 22, nadia, wong
Great use of b&w, love the composition.

– doreen connors
HA!…Jai was born in that year…maybe You too?
отличная работа !!!
Love the composition here Doreen!
Thank you very much Mark!
Fantastic Doreen, i’d like to see this for in the flesh
Thanks a lot Josh! yeah, it is nice to see in the flesh cos the paper and photo have a glossy finish and the paint, etc is matt (:
It was a fantastic year for me, the world, and art. Nice one Doreen. I was given some photographs from my father in law, he’s a photographer, I intended to use them in a similar way, but they are so good I wasn’t able to pluck up the courage to cut them up and paint over them. I might just post them. The stain is an essential element in this, brings it out of the dark.
Actually…were You born in ‘77?…oh well…lol! Thank You. I recall that these photos were ’extras’ or rejects that I had printed. It also must have been helpful that I was majorly ‘unbalanced’… HA! I love stains, ‘planes’ and auto-mobility. Thanks for noticing. I can understand needing the courage to cut them up, totally… and sometimes the piece is revealed in the ‘cut-up’, in a ‘sculptural approach’…so to speak!
Thanks CC… in GREAT FULL appreciation for ALL YOU ARE!
lush-ly of You …donna!
You have a way with words!! Seems like some truth underneath them too!!
i love the reflection of the line
i love that you see that! mx!
congratulations to you
