Suspended in the night amid colors more calm and serene that the daytime can know
Safe in her own secret bubble she cannot be disturbed by her intelligence, or her morals, or her responsibilites, or any of the physical shortcomings reality has assigned to her
She is free at last, free to let her unbridled self fall through her personal universe
She falls, but she falls without fear, she falls with comfort as if falling is a wonderful journey
Images float in and out of her fall, but they are images that rapidly come and go, random images that one moment are the face of a handsome man, the next a cave man, then into the feathers of a red swan then into the face of a distant relative she has only seen in pictures, then into a hundred other things as they float past, each image obscured by the field of butterflies they must pass through, and none lasts long enough to cause her any great happiness or dreadful fear…images…the countless images of life we are not sure we see…they are all there as she dreams.
