This is only one arm of the massive lake Eildon at 99% of capacity .this lake holds. 3,334,158 megalitres when full, it contains six times as much water as Sydney Harbor and is the second largest water storage in Victoria i have spent years boating on this lake and have still not seen all its bays and inlets. Ps I dislike the way red Bubble displays large panoramas like this one.
have to agree on the panos viewing we have a vote going on at the moment to give them a nudge. My last visit to eildon was at the height of the dought and the area was on severe restrictions. Good pano Donovan congrats , it looks like your vantage point was high
It would be great to see them larger, even when magnified they are still too smallt o see much detail (I can see it better in my feed). This is however, a beautiful shot filled with light and sunshine.
