Oh I love this Donovan – This mist is so beautiful – The color perfect – I really love this sort of work.. I feel like I was defiantly born in the country in another life! Where is this?? Is it close to Marysville?

keppels hut is on the blue range in the yarra rangers N.P but the road is closed for winter

I love this beauty !!!!!! what a gorgeous place..

This brings back memories! The front end fell out of my 4×4 a few kilometres downhill from here. It was snowing, and I was picked up by a bunch of drunken yobbos, taken to this hut and fed sausages and beer till I could get a lift down the mountain. Mobile phone didn’t work, no one answering the radio… I thought I was going to be spending the night in the snow!

Great shot Donovan. It all passes. Photos are more precious when they capture the spirit of something or someone passed.You have done that here so perfectly. This is the Victorian bush that we all love, and since growing up here have known it to be entirely fragile.Really beautiful work.
