Absolutely wonderful! The patina of the building, the man in the wondow etc. etc. Just love it. I can’t believe it was taken in Melbourne – it looks so ‘exotic’ must go down there next time I’m in Melbourne.
Oh my goodness, look at all those soda syphons!! Talk about a blast from the past….what a great find, Adrian! Those textures and colours in the wall are also fabulous! I don’t suppose it’s going to be shirtsleeves weather tomorrow, huh? LOL
this just screams melbourne to me. textured buildings, bikes outside, funny lamps and no standing street signs. well spotted, very fabulous feel. – makes me want to cycle down the road, sit and drink some beer on a sunday afternoon!
Just fantastic, what character that wall has & the framing/timing is spot on. So may interesting elements to discover in this shot. Brilliant as ever Adrian.
I love this!!!!! Great perspective & composition, love the textured wall, and very clever with the bike & wheel. The guy sipping his beer really adds heaps to it. I think I have the exact same window in my folio but with reflections of the posters from across the street in it, I’m sure its the same one with the bottles above and that lamp!! I love seeing how different people photograph the same site.
