    i am in conflict over this one – i love the colours, but the big figure looks like a ghost, and i can’t work out what the child is holding … i guess family burdens imply conflict of emotions though …

    the collage piece the little girl is holding is knotted string or rope. the older one is vacant so unable to hold the burden…? dont know either helen…
