Into And Beyond The Sound
There in the silence I heard beyond the sound
Into the distance I viewed your fear
Standing I approached the windows of your soul
There in twin portals I knew the words longed to see
Beyond the sound came a touching pull
I lifted my arms and welcomed you in
Movement drifted close by as I watched
Flow became my energy as you poured into me
Visions inhabited my eyes so fierce in their meaning
I could hold and savor the incandescent motion
Living became apart of my being as calm resided
The shy beyond the sound had trusted and given
Now there is a longing for the joyous path you formed
To create within the soul of knowing is beyond the silence
An obliteration of world and people in order to match form with vibration
Overwhelming the senses with perfumed nature and heart
Killing the need to tread and accelerating feeling of thought
There is never the time to consume all that waits
That which is near and that which passes will gorge our minds
Enough to for us to wear the clothing of creative respect
Our journeys will multiply and soar into our futures
Glancing down onto the white and black of pen
The sound had moved me well into the silence
Characters danced on the page of myth
Emotions were now captured and corralled into form
A story had been born and the silence wept
