Oh boy, thank all of you so much for your prayers!!
The pathologist report came back today, and thank God, it was close, but no cigar!
She had something that ended with carcinoma, but just barely hadn’t made it into her bowel proper. I guess it was huge, but still in the lining. Very, very close to going all the way though. The surgeon said she came as close to having colon cancer as a person could and not actually have it.
We know that you folks from all over the world have been praying for her and keeping her in your thoughts.
How does a person thank someone for that???

I don’t think we’re going to stop just yet, because she has to heal from this very major surgery. And so do you, from your very close call, too.
Lol, my husband, Kelly, hasn’t been able to find his hearing aids for years. So I finally prayed—just a breath of a prayer. Yesterday, our caregiver came in with a little leather wallet and a big question mark in her eyes. “What’s this?” she asked. “The cats have been batting it all over the kitchen floor today!” Of course it was his hearing aids. Our little fur-covered angels had drawn her attention to it. But where had it come from? lol—that’s for Him to know and us to be grateful for! (He still isn’t wearing them. . . )
