    I have never seen Parliament building from this angle before. I had to look a few times before I realised you were on the south bank. However, its been a while since I was in London too, so what is new to me may have been there for some time, I refer to the foreground water feature.

  • Hey there Harry, thank you so much my friend. I only discovered it last year because I had to go to the Hospital for treatment. The gardens are open to the public but they are behind a wall along the Southbank of the Thames and not many people look behind them when Big Ben is in view:-)
