Dolphin Fountain, Tower Bridge, London by

I decided to have a go a cooking up an image from four different exposure of the same image in photomatix pro. I then took it over to Photoshop for some noise reduction, sharpening and levels adjustment.

This is the result.

Camera Nikon D700 with 16-35mm Nikon Lens.
ISO 100, 30 second exposure, f/22.0, 16mm. Tripod Mounted.

Another beauty Don, the light control i just exceptionally spot on and the good old bridge looks fantastic.

You’ve done wonderfully well with this Don with the end result being very much the work of a professional. We had a great programme on our TV last Friday. Called The Great British Countryside it concentrated solely on Devon and Cornwall which, of course, was manna to me!! LOL The point is that I recognised a few of the scenes from some of your early photos on that other site some 5 or 6 years ago. Lovely photos they were, too, but not a patch on the work you are turning out now.

  • Ahhh Peter, you really know how to make a Scotsman blush. LOL
Hope all is well with you? I’ll never forget WebShots Community, it was what really got me into the Photography Bug and you and a few of our other friends here on RB were instrumental in keeping me interested.
Funny how time passes. I still look at that big picture of the wave that I purchased from your own amazing portfolio, I’d buy them all if I had the money :-) God bless and keep you mate. Don. Keep smiling and giving everyone JOY in life.
