It gives me such a joy in my heart whenever someone purchases one of my works. Not for the money you understand, because I don’t seem to make much of that here on RB. In fact I’ve been on RB since Aug 2008 and made just over £200.00 in all that time. As an example of making money from ART, I’ve been on FineArtAmerica for only a few months and I’ve sold about 30 works and made well over £200.00 in that short time. So if RB is not all about sales what’s it got to keep me coming back again and again?
RB is a Fantastic Community What RB has over any other art website is a marvellous community of artists who’ll support and encourage, enthuse and inspire, that’s why I keep coming back every single day to view, comment, fav etc. You’ve been so wonderful folks, and I hope you all have more sales and success in the future.
Back to Sales I just wanted to let you all know about my sales and how good it makes me feel to know that people all over the world are enjoying my artwork and photography. It’s always really encouraging to get sales. So whoever you are Please keep buying:-) I love it. I know you all do too. RB isn’t the biggest selling place for sure. I do agree with you Don. But I 100% agree that this place is a great community for inspiring, and encouraging. The people I have connected with on here is worth every single penny made …and for me it’s been £20.00 in the past year!!!! LOL
I too am on FAA but have lapsed for some time as I wasn’t getting any sales. Sales are vitally important so will be b ack there but I just cannot give up my visits here evey day and my huge involvemnt with hosting groups. I just love it all.
