Hippy Chick has a terrible case of Spring Fever. She begged me to get her these paints when we were in the store. I finally gave in, knowing it probably wasn’t the best idea, but needing to give her something to do so she wasn’t under foot while I did some cleaning.
She worked all day on this and I didn’t hear a peep out of her. She was very proud of the garden she created and insisted that I take some pictures to share with her friends.
It took all night to get her cleaned up, but she was happy.
Today, she’s sitting in her “garden” and reading a book. There’s a bird chirping outside and she says if she doesn’t look outside to see the snow, she can really believe that it’s spring.

Aw, thanks. Sorry we’ve been away for awhile. We’ve been rather uninspired lately (or busy…just depends on the day). We’ve been checking out things lately, though, and we’re starting to get some pep!
