Grandmothers and purple just seem to go together, as far as I’m concerned. Maybe it’s because I’m a grandmother and shades of purple are some of my favorite colors.
HDR effects and soft focus added, because grandmother would like it that way.

    It’s the first thing I thought of when I saw it on the computer screen. It also helped that the rose had been blooming for a day so it looked more mature and had more character. Dee
