The Weather Outside Is Frightful

I took this thru my window. The Mugo Pines, outside the window looked like snow buns. Definitely weather for sitting by a warm fire, cozy and warm!

Image taken in Shady Cove, Oregon

Sitting by a warm fire with all that fluffy snow out there? pretty questionable haha. I’d love to see that through my window right about now

  • Diane Schuster

    Diane Schuster

mkelly, you must be in a hot climate, right now. Where do you hail from? I’m from Southern Oregon. This was our last snowfall last winter. We are currently entering fall, which is my favorite time of year. But I always enjoy the change of seasons.

What an amazing thing to see. I never get snow where I live and have only seen it three times in my life.

  • Diane Schuster replied

I guess, Stephen, you’ll have to visit everyone’s winter scenes to visit the snow. I’ll try to help you out when the flakes start to fly around here. Thanks for visiting!

I’d like to ‘me too’ Stephen Chapple’s comments! Coming from Australia, this is a really unusual sight. Particularly for me (South Australia – ‘the driest state in the driest continent’) Think Stephen lives in the eastern states, where you do actually get snow in parts. Here – never!
