    I’m glad that you like this, SueAnne. There is an old house in our area that is from the 1800’s. I was in painting class and our assignment was to paint this house as it would have looked in it’s heyday. Since we were doing this at Christmas, I depicted what it would have looked like the night before!

    Thanks so much for all of your positive comments, I think that I practiced layers in my painting before I started to work with layers in PS, because that’s what working with acrylics was like for me. Applying very thin layers of color in just the right place is definitely an acquired art! I’m still practicing! lol! The other thing that I do, will make you laugh! When I’m working with shadow and light on say a rock, I pretend that I’m that rock and how would I look sitting there in that scene! Thanks for the fav, I’m deeply honored! Dee
