Even though Eye don’t have many shots from the Dakotas, Eye will share the few that may belong here; my Connection to South Dakota is Strong, mainly via my experiences on the Res at Pine Ridge: I participate in the Sun Dance (not yet as a Dancer) and have been deeply moved by Medicine of the Lakota People, with whom Eye share some Blood Ties .. that said, photography is forbidden during Ceremony or on the grounds where it takes place, so the Shots Eye Got were captured during my travels there …
