THIEF!!!

THIEF!!!

So I was at the beach, and this woman had made the mistake of leaving her food unattended while she was playing with her kids in the water. Next thing you know, a whole flock of seagulls are fighting over her sandwiches, and one just takes the whole thing and flies off.

It turned out to be a pretty neat moment to capture… although afterwards I kind of felt like an asshole, because this poor woman got her lunch stolen right in front of me, and all I did was photograph it instead of shooing the birds away :P

Excellent capture – I particularly like the annoyed/angry expression of the ‘lower’ bird!
