I’ve been working out and trying to stay in shape for about 5 years now, and despite all that, I’m not even close to looking like the human tank that part of me still wishes I was. In a perfect world, I would look a little more like LL Cool J and less like a body pillow that belongs to someone with really bad insomnia.
Recently, however, I looked at myself in the mirror and thought, “You know what? Screw whoever it was that came up with the insane idea that dudes have to look like they were sculpted out of stone in order to be called handsome! Maybe the mountain range underneath my skin might be a little understated, maybe it’s a little soft around the edges, but hell, why do I need to be ashamed of that? Let the dime-a-dozen hardcore bodybuilders keep those cumbersome masses of extra muscle on their bones – how many guys out there can be stocky, have curves, and still be tough, I ask you?

This is a really beautiful image of you Daniel, and you know what little brother? Well said my friend but it is so easy to get the body you want! Diet, excercise, cardio and weights and will power! Will power is the hardest one! If you can master will power, you will be great at what ever you do in life!!
