This photograph was taken in April, 2009, in the early morning following the 12000 acre wildfire in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area.
The smokey atmosphere created a surreal sunrise right before my eyes.Fine ash was still floating down from the sky.
My heart goes out to the 70 families who lost their homes.
It is very painful and stressful to loose a home.I lost three.
I wonder if this life is trying to teach me something about non-attachment :).
love,
harrison
