So what mantra should I use?
One of the best mantras is simply " I am".
Take a deep breath; place your right hand over your heart.
Say “I” with each whispered inhale and “am” with each exhale.
Now comes the hard part….drop everything else.
No more I am this or I am that.
No more self-criticism. No I am bad, no I am good.
No more judgements.
No woulda-shoulda-coulda.
Only,
I am….I am…. I am…
Now do the " I am" mantra with a huge smile :).
Feel safe, feel calm, feel free.

There are two mantras that are as powerful as they are ancient…..from the Vedas, the oldest existing scriptures. I will journal about the king of all mantras today and the queen of all mantras tomorrow.
Before medical science existed, mantric science existed. Yogis discovered how to heal themselves and/or protect themselves with sound waves, sonic smartbombs. Sounds are made of energy. So think of mantras as divine energy.
Divine energy is super-powerful….it can heal and can protect.
There is a Sanskrit mantra that has been called the king of all mantras:
The Great Victory Over Death mantra, the Maha Mritunjaya.
Maha means “great”, mrityun means death, and jaya victory.
The Victory over death is that we do not die. Yes, we shed this physical body.
And the Great Mystery begins.
The spirit, a bundle of conscious energy, hasn’t died. It has been transformed and now exists in a more subtle form in a more subtle realm. The spirit now
enters the astral or heavenly plane.
I have heard a beautiful recording of the Dalai Lama singing this mantra,
sharing its universality in a beautiful way.
Below is the Sanskrit version followed by an English translation:
Aum Triambakam Yajamahe
Sugandhim Pushti Varddhanam
Urvarukamiva Bandhanan
Mrityor Mukshiya Mamritat
“We meditate on the healing aspect of the One reality, which permeates and nourishes all like a fragrance.
With ease and grace, lead us from death to immortality.”
