wow fantastic image again doco…. wonderful and so truthfully hard and real it almost hurts.

  • docophoto replied

Thanks Juilee. They are relatively lucky. The caravan park is only 10km from Melbourne, and now has long waiting lists.

Sam is an apprentice motor mechanic, very lowly paid, but enough to pay the caravan rent and buy food. Jack is trying to go back to school. There is no one to help them, but they have each other. Thanks Helen.

These kids are so remarkable to be surviving and God love them for having a go. Good luck to them. Great photo docophoto, but such a shameful state for these kids to be in.

Great job here – sounds like Sam’s on track, so hard to understand how a 15 year old can be almost homeless… hope he gets back to school.

GREAT photo in all ways…their facial exprssions, the angle, the black and white.
But it makes me SO sad! How is it possible that 2 kids have to live alone? Is that common?

excellent work – the sad side of this is that many caravan park operators now they have no bond money and hence inflate the rent and charge excesively for power
